Pre-Wire / Rough-In

As your home is built or renovated, we install all necessary wiring and infrastructure behind the walls. This ensures your technology is future-ready and works flawlessly from day one. Our team aligns schedules with your builder and keeps documentation up to date.

What happens in this step:

  • We install structured wiring and finalize device locations
  • We coordinate with on-site trades
  • We update documentation as the build progresses

Trim Phase

With drywall complete, we return to install visible technology components-such as in-ceiling speakers, keypads, and wall plates. We focus on precision, blending devices seamlessly into your home’s design. You’ll review and approve hardware and trim locations on site.

We install and commission trim devices

We review final products and locations with you

We update all system documentation

Finish & Commissioning
