The Staycation Estate in Needham is a 1917 poured-concrete house we upgraded in two phases for three generations of one family. It won two 2026 CE Pro Home of the Year awards: Gold for the whole house and Bronze for its third-floor cinema. Oceanfront Paradise in Narragansett runs on Savant and Lutron HomeWorks, with 66 motorized shades and speakers you never see. It won a CE Pro Home of the Year Award in 2025.
In Rhode Island we also finished the Little Compton Estate, where a main house, a guest house and the grounds all run as one home on Control4 and Lutron HomeWorks QSX. In Portsmouth we lit a waterfront yard with more than 200 landscape lights so the family can use it after dark.
In Cambridge, a modern home designed by Suzumori Architects got Lutron lighting and Palladiom shades, a home theater and Bang & Olufsen audio. In Boston, a South End new build with 11-foot ceilings and a glass back wall got 18 Palladiom shades, Ubiquiti Wi-Fi and Sonos. On the South Shore, a restored Queen Anne at Manomet Point got Control4 lighting, invisible Sonance speakers and music by the pool.
