CE Pro's 2025 Home of the Year Award - Best Whole-House Smart Home Project Over $1M

We are honored to receive the Bronze Award for "Best Whole-House Smart Home Project Over $1M" at the 2025 CE Pro Home of the Year Awards. This recognition celebrates our passion for design, innovation, and technology in creating exceptional smart home experiences. We're proud of our team's dedication and grateful to our clients for their trust and partnership.

12 Seagate Drive sits on the water in Narragansett, Rhode Island. The brief was straightforward and unforgiving: the house had to do everything, and none of it could show.

Lighting is delivered almost entirely from concealed sources: cove details, backlit millwork, and perimeter washes that light the cedar ceilings. Shades sit in pockets. Speakers sit behind the finish. What the family actually touches is one app and a handful of keypads.

The CE Pro Home of the Year Awards are the longest-running project awards in custom integration, judged by an independent panel of industry judges. The 2025 program drew 119 entries across 22 categories, and winners were announced at CEDIA Expo 2025 in Denver.
